most of my clients are men. The guys who carry everything: work pressure, responsibility, family, decisions, stress. The body keeps the score — tight neck, heavy back, locked hips, shallow breathing, sleep debt, that constant “I’m fine” when you’re not.
I’m not selling gym hype. I help you get
control of your body back — move clean, hold load, recover faster, and stop living in pain.
My foundation is kinesiology —
B.S. in Kinesiology (UMass Amherst, School of Public Health & Health Sciences) — the science of movement, load, and recovery.
My work is the real-life version of it: when training isn’t your whole life, but your body still has to perform.
